Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 48-Hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return (only in case of Size Issues)

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging, with all tags intact
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourdailydrip.in within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your item.
Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

  • We will verify your reason for return over call or email
  • Our delivery executive will collect your initial order post confirmation

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please email us immediately upon delivery at support@yourdailydrip.in with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges except for size and fitting related issue.
If you need a different colour, or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved and refunded.

 

Refunds

We do not offer any return of payments. Once your return request is processed, you will receive the replacement within 10 working days.

 

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your return item, please email us at support@yourdailydrip.in.
